By default, the return address of this store is Printful’s and is based on where your package was fulfilled:
Packages sent out from the Printful US and Mexico facilities are returned to 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019.
Packages sent out from the Printful facility in Canada are returned to Unit 3, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4, Canada
Returned Orders
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to the Printful facility, but most often, it’s due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by the end customer.
If a product is returned, it’ll be shipped back to the Printful facility, and Printful will place it in temporary returns storage up to 30 days at no cost. Printful will notify NativePlantsColoringBooks.com about the return via email.
NativePlantsColoringBooks.com will contact the customer to determine how they would like to proceed or change the shipping address if they wish to have the product reshipped.
By the end of the 30 days period, all unclaimed returns will go to charity.
